Kim Kemmer, Director of Customer Insight
Kim began his career in marketing communications in the wild and crazy 1970s, but his passion for perfection helped him evolve from that era to take a more practical approach to communications. Even though change is certain, one thing about Kim that hasn’t changed is his ability to listen for nuances that form the basis of a new approach to his practice.
Kim’s love for learning has kept him busy in the field of marketing with a keen interest in business strategy, planning and technology – all of which keeps Kim able to stay on top of the sweeping changes affecting consumers.
Equally as creative as analytical, Kim has a rare talent to make sense of intelligible patterns and turns those patterns into actionable plans that marketers can apply. His skill in this area has earned him the nickname of “The MacGyver of Communications,” with presumably the ability to make something from the slightest bit of material.
Kim has held positions as Creative Director, Account Manager and Account Planner, and now in research as Director of Customer Insight. Kim’s creative approach to research has helped lead his team to develop new approaches and insightful outcomes while being budget-sensitive and time-driven.
