Lisa Johnson and Matthew Leiphon have joined the Praxis Strategy Group, a nationally recognized research and economic strategy company, with locations in Grand Forks, Fargo and Duluth and Los Angeles.

Johnson is a research assistant responsible for managing the daily operations of the Prime Contact Research program, in addition to assisting with other research projects. She has a B.A. in communication science from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo.

Leiphon has joined the team as a research and development analyst. He will be responsible for conducting research, collecting data, analyzing projects and proposals and performing program evaluation. Leiphon has B.A. degree and a Master’s of Public Administration degree, both from the University of North Dakota. He previously served as an intern for the North Dakota Legislative Council in Bismarck, N.D., conducting policy research and doing support work for legislators.
