TechLink, a small community-owned data processing firm was constrained by lack of working capital and a limited labor pool. Working through a strategic business planning process, Praxis Strategy Group identified a “friendly” acquirer that provided investment capital and expansion opportunities for the firm’s data conversion, data validation, data correction and data entry business. TechLink, Inc., is based out of Dickinson, North Dakota, and continues to look for expansion opportunities in rural areas of North Dakota to meet the needs of regional and national clients and customers.
